This is a cement bunker on the same site, abandoned nuclear power plant, as the previous 3 posts. Nothing special here. These look like capped water spouts / outlets.

I did darken the sky - maybe a little too much. Overall auto levels, contrast and color plus some unsharp mask.

The more I see these pics, John, the more I see "LOST!" Eerie. Even with the sun shining!!
