photoblog image Tennesse Stonehenge duo

Tennesse Stonehenge duo

Anoter shot of Tennesse Stonehenge.

It reminds me of the Roman aqueducts I have seen in Spain.

It is a partially built abandoned nuclear power plant in the Phipps Bend Industrial Park, near Surgoinsville, eastern Hawkins County, Tennessee. The base blocks you see are over head in height. The overall height is probably 3 stories plus.

I did a little levels and curves to bring out the sky.

Do you watch "Lost," John. This reminds me a bit of the barrier at the edge of the Others' camp. This is a great perspective on a beautiful day. That has gotta be HUGE!
Cool! A fascinating shape.

It's quite an amazing structure, even if it is a left over from a power station I think I'm quite glad they left it behind.
